Diabetes Education

The diabetes education service aims to improve the management and health of people with or ‘at risk’ of diabetes through mini-clinics conducted in General Practices. These clinics assist the Practice in managing their patients with diabetes in a consistent evidence based system. Fully trained and experienced educators provide detailed one-on-one diabetes education at no charge to the client.

For enquiries about these clinics or if you are interested in having a clinic at your practice please contact Denise Puddick on 08 981 3352 or email denisep@gpdownsouth.com.au
