GP down south has a dedicated Program Team providing support to our Practices. Each General Practice is allocated a Program Manager as a main point of contact with the Division.  The Program Manager will undertake an annual practice visit and will work with GPs and their staff to identify the Program and Support Services required by the Practice and these needs will be met by our Program Team.
