The GP supported integrated model of care which GP down south has championed, is catching people’s attention. Federal member for Forrest and Assistant Minister for Regional Development and Territories, Nola Marino MP, visited the Peel Health Hub earlier this week to see the amazing work being done by all Hub co-locators. She was given the full tour of the facility and met with some of the agencies co-located in the Hub. Ms Marino was very impressed by the integrated approach to care and collaboration among the co-locators. What is becoming evident is that easy access to holistic and integrated health services is having a positive impact on young people who are seeking support on their journey to wellness.
GP down south is an exemplary not-for-profit community organisation. We have been providing health and wellbeing services in the Peel regions and the South West of WA since 1994.
