You will be aware of Premier Mark McGowan’s announcement regarding the transition from lockdown for Perth, Peel and the South West outlined in the infographic to the right.
For GP down south, the working arrangements established last week during lockdown will remain in place until close of business on Friday 12 February 2021.
This will allow the full 14-day incubation period to run its course and we’ll review the situation again at the end of next week.
The following programs and services are offering telehealth delivery models:
South West Primary Mental Health Program
South West Chronic Disease Care and Diabetes Education Services
Some Aboriginal Health Programs in both Peel and the South West
The Assertive Outreach Team in Peel
The Anglicare Mental Health Outreach Program
The following services will be operating face to face delivery with full Covid-19 cleaning and safety measures in place. Reception staff will continue to use the screening questions for all clients and ensure clients are wearing a mask if they enter the premises:
