GP down south have established an Assertive Outreach Team (AOT), covering Mandurah, Pinjarra and Waroona. The team comprises 2 Care Coordinators and an Aboriginal Youth Worker. The AOT will engage and support individuals experiencing alcohol or drug problems and / or mental health problems in these locations. The team can be contacted at the Peel Health Hub, Mandurah.
