GP down south and the staff, volunteers and family from Nidjalla Waangan Mia (NWM) and the Peel Youth Medical Service (PYMS) promoted our services by walking in the Mandurah Christmas Pageant parade held on Tuesday 12 December 2017. The staff had great fun decking out the NWM transport bus with a winter wonderland snowman Christmas theme which was very popular with the community. They gave out goodie bags to families in the crowd that contained information on our youth and Aboriginal services. It’s always a great opportunity to promote our services to the Mandurah community and staff feel proud to walk together in unity.
GP down south is an exemplary not-for-profit community organisation. We have been providing health and wellbeing services in the Peel regions and the South West of WA since 1994.
