GP down south has achieved re-accreditation against the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Senior Managers and Program Coordinators spent two days with the auditor reviewing processes and policies relating to how we design and deliver our services to you.
Our Quality Management System (QMS) is a compendium of policies, instructions and forms to ensure consistency and of course quality in our service delivery. What this means is that clients, our stakeholders are confident that we say what we said we would. And staff can rely on a safe and ethically driven work environment designed to deliver the highest level of service to our community.
The audit was undertaken remotely this year and there were no ‘non conformances and no ‘observations’ arising from the audit. Meaning, all systems were in order and staff are aware of what is required under our QMS.
In the feedback session she spoke highly of our commitment to quality, the knowledge of the QMS demonstrated by everyone she has spoken to and advised we have met all the requirements of the standard with nothing of concern.
She said “ It was a delight to come to an Organisation with an effective and efficient Quality Management System and it was a joy to talk to people who know what they are doing and where to look for it if they don’t know”
